South American artist Frida Kahlo inspired this two-piece collection. The oversized, loose-fitting, painted jacket and handkerchief hemline dress is very on par with artefacts in Mexico that inspire Kahlo's style. Kahlo's bright and vibrant Mexican culture is highlighted through the heavy leaf printed dress and the colourful hand-painted portrait on the back of the jacket.

To enhance Kahlo's artistic paintings the floral and leaf headpieces are in keeping with the theme of magical realism as Frida frequently featured them in many of her self-portraits paintings.
